I have spent my entire life learning about people. In College, I studied Cultural Anthropology and saw the ties that connect us all. Along the way, I worked in restaurants preparing and serving food from all over the globe. Years of practice as a body-worker allowed me to help those who wanted to be stronger, faster or heal from an injury. Through all of this, I have found a continuity, a simple set of ideas that support healthy growth for all of us. Those who ate nutritious food moved their bodies & had a positive attitude, experienced success most often.
